Can it uninstall all those 'shopping' toolbars and ad-server malware such as 'Conduit', OpenCandy and such just by giving it the name of the malware it would hunt it down and remove it. That's the uninstalled we really need!

No, what you need to get rid of Malware is a Malware removal tool. Try MalwareBytes it works great and it's free.
